Ghana Peace Corps Volunteer Information

To all future Natural Resource Management Ghana volunteers – which includes business and environment people (by the way, this group will start training every October – WATSAN in Feb, and Education in June): bring “work” clothes. Even you businessy people. I didn’t really bring clothes for getting dirty per say. So some sort of cotton shirt or one of those cool exercise shirts that wick sweat. A pair of pants that you can get dirty in – think hiking pants or something like that. And shoes – I am probably going to end up using my Chacos – but closed toed might be useful. Each training will be completely different, but we are traveling for the entire month of November, all of it is technical training in the field. I have no idea what I am going to wear since I didn’t bring getting dirty clothes.
